The change in an international organization

In order to be responsive to economic pressure and competition, business organizations are required to constantly revaluate and reflect on their previous operations, their current activities, and what they are expecting to do in the future. Organizations need to develop and update their business units and models. These same pressure to evolve apply to all European organizations.
